Funding

The Scottish Covenant 2019 is owned by us all, wholly-funded and solely-run by the people, for the people, to eliminate any chance of outside interference in its delivery. Rather than simply crowdfund, a Courtesy Copy of the Official Submission in a Presentation Box is being made available to anyone who wants one – a CC Box as your own keepsake / memento of this moment in history.

A CC Box is (at least) comprised of the following:

    Commemorative Enamel Pin, Design TBC

    Silicone Wrist Band, Design TBC

    Presentation Box, Design TBC

LIMITED EDITION SERIES

As an additional incentive to generate the critical funding required for Launch and initial Roll-Out, the first 500 CC Boxes will contain some “special items” (TBC) and be classed as a Limited Edition Numbered Series (1-500)

 

There is no limit to the number of CC Boxes an individual can order, they’re available on a first come first served basis, and once the first 500 CC Boxes are gone, they’re gone.

The number of “CC’s” will appear on the Letter to each of Scotland’s Elected Representatives – the more cc’s there are, the more incentive they will have to support the Covenant – and the cost is £5 per CC, with a commitment to donate-forward at least £1 per CC to Food Banks across Scotland.

 

At the end of the day, when the Covenant has been handed over and all the CC Boxes delivered to individuals who ordered one, any and all surplus funds we have would be added to the minimum commitment already made to the Food Banks across Scotland.

 

IF Scotland achieves Independence via another route before the final Covenant is delivered, any and all funds collected (minus any funds already committed) shall go to the Food Banks across Scotland.
